Healthcare for the Homeless

Through the Healthcare for the Homeless program, we provide 3,000 homeless visits every year. Through donations we offer extra support services to our patients experiencing homelessness such as medications, shoes and socks, coats, toiletries, food and bus passes.

School-Based Dental

The School-Based Dental Program provides full dental services in schools to take dental treatment directly to children.

Reach out and Read

Reach Out and Read is a literacy program in which medical providers “prescribe” reading to parents of young patients. With funding from grants and individual donors, HealthPoint gives an age-appropriate book to children age six months to 5 years at each check-up.
