Quality of life for our employees is an important
concern at HealthPoint Family Care. Our benefits
program is designed to meet the individual needs
of our diverse employee population.
HealthPoint employees are eligible for a variety
of benefits, whether they work full time or qualifying
part-time schedules of at least 28 hours per week.
HealthPoint annually determines a specified dollar
allocation to employees for the purpose of purchasing
benefits. Any benefit dollars not spent on the
below benefits are paid to the employees on a bi-weekly
basis.

matches 50 cents for every dollar an employee
